A statement on research interests could be a brief (1 page) note on any particular research interests that you are currently pursuing in the areas that pertain to ML as well as AI.
  5. It is important to note that you do not have to choose the academic supervisor. Students accepted will have the opportunity following the beginning of the course to speak with potential supervisors and state their the preferences for their research projects.
