Aim and Benefits of Climate Justice Camp

  • The camp admission is completely free, and the hosts are providing transport, accommodation, and food throughout the territory of Tunisia. Participants will be required to pay the travel costs to Tunisia as well as any VISA-related expenses (if necessary). There might be some financial assistance available to help pay for the costs of traveling to Tunisia however it will be determined according to the need on the basis of a case-by-case.
  • The camp will provide the perfect opportunity to develop connections and networks, share the experiences and lessons in the field. You will also gain new techniques through workshops and seminars and share opportunities for mobilization of creativity.

Requirements for Climate Justice Camp Qualification

  • The camp’s attendees are comprised of activists, organizers, and advocates of across the Middle East, Africa and more broadly Global South, as well as representatives of organizations from all over the world.
  • Members of local groups or movements who are working on getting climate justice, or making an impact within their communities to achieve an equitable and secure future for everyone.
